Here we go

Well a little about myself. I am 38 I have been working in restaurants for the last 23 years, in that time I have been a dishwasher,bus boy, cook, baker, butcher, kitchen manager, sous chef, chef de cuisine, and executive chef in all types of restaurants and country clubs. But for most of my career I have been know as a steakhouse guy. I have spent a lot of time in steakhouses so I guess that fits.
I thought this blog would be a good way to tell my story, so maybe my daughter will understand a little bit
better.
